Why am I on this site?
I decided to use my own secure production website for my potential tenants mainly because 1) it is a one-stop shop 2) I live out of town and 3) the time is brief that I'm searching for a new tenant. This is my only rental property. Some people see the property by driving by the "For Rent" sign, others on any number of listing sites (Zillow, Homes.com, city government sites, FB Marketplace, etc.) so its easier to consolidate here. 

Who owns this home?
I do. My name is Akil DuPont. I'm from Tallahassee and work in the Film/Theatre industry in New York City (thus the production website). You can search the address (3113 Pontiac Dr) on the Leon County Property Appraiser's site for verification. Then search my name on Google, FB, Instagram, etc... The walkthrough video is also uploaded to my YouTube channel.

After watching the video walkthrough, my current tenants are moving out on 7/31. The house will not be available to view until:

8/4/2024
Note: The house will be being worked on during this time, but you can come in to view it with the understanding that it is "in the works".  After that period, it will only be available to view during weekend open houses, not individual appointments.

The house will hopefully be available to move in by 8/15/2024
